I had such an amazing experience at Direct Optical Optique! From start to finish, I felt completely taken care of. Shalinthia and Rachel were incredible. Since I can’t see well without glasses, they thoughtfully took photos of me in different frames so I could actually compare how everything looked—this made SUCH a difference and helped me confidently choose not just one, but two pairs of glasses and a gorgeous pair of sunglasses. Shalinthia was endlessly kind, patient, and had an amazing eye for style—she kept bringing me options that looked fantastic on me. Rachel was just as helpful, offering a second opinion on each look and explaining why certain frame sizes wouldn’t work well with my progressive lenses, which I really appreciated. The whole experience felt personalized, fun, and genuinely supportive. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident in my choices. I recently went to Direct Optical for a new pair of glasses. I came in without an appointment and was immediately helped by Rachel. Rachel helped me find the perfect pair of frames and worked with my insurance. I was promptly notified when my glasses were ready for pickup. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend.
Well this place is just the best and I am a new convert! I walked in this morning a little bit desperate. Last week I had ordered contacts from my old optometrist in NYC and am not expecting the delivery until several days from now. So of course (as expected) I ripped one last night. (And I am as blind as a mole in the middle of a Michigan snow squall.) Rachel greeting me the second I walked into Direct optical with a big ol smile, listened to my sob story and basically said, ‘say less’. She disappeared to the back and reemerged with two shiny new contacts for me. Now you are safe on the roads again because of her! She exhibited such kindness today. I thank Rachel and Direct Optical from the bottom of my heart ❤️
This place is excellent for getting glasses! The customer service is outstanding. Shalinthia helped me find the perfect pair and was incredibly patient, allowing me to try on multiple options until I found something that fit both my style and budget. I truly appreciate her time and effort—highly recommend!
