Melanie was amazing!!! She spent time helping me pick out my first pair of glasses. She knew what would look good on me and gave good feedback in the selection process. She made sure I understood all the choices. I thought my insurance wasn't going to cover, but she figured out that it would, so I decided to get a pair of prescription sunglasses, too, and she helped me pick those out as well. I'll definitely come back for my next pair! Thank you, Melanie!

What a great experience! Melanie McVey is the best! Helpful from the moment I walked in. I will be coming to Melanie with all my families needs for glasses, contact lenses and adjustment needs. She went above and beyond futons with taking care of us. Thank you!
Went for a check up in Feb. My prescription did not change. Either the doctor or the person behind the desk put my prescription in the order incorrectly. They left off the astigmatism. I received the new contacts in the mail but did not open them right away because I still had contacts left over from last year. By the time I tried them in June and discovered they were incorrect, more than 90 days had passed. For that reason I had to pay for a whole new exam and new contract lenses. On the phone they had told me I could trade in the contacts, but in person would only trade in half of the contacts, because two boxes had been opened so I could put them in, which was how I discovered they were wrong. The woman behind the counter was very cold and unapologetic. Then she gave me a page for a rebate, which I have spend several hours trying to submit online with no success. Not sure it is real. After being a customer there for years and years I am disappointed that the office has repaid me by treating me like a data point on their bottom line. Terrible customer service.
The staff were SO helpful and friendly and positive and capable. Consistent positive acknowledgement from everyone, which after a long day really, really helped improve the mood of my 11 year old (and me). He was nervous about getting glasses and everybody was very kind and there was consistent positive reaffirmation that was genuine, not fake, and really just made both me and my son feel like a million bucks. Thank you!
Ashley was wonderful. I came into this location with broken glasses, and she not only adjusted them but also fixed them for me free of charge. She was kind and professional and clearly cared about helping. It is rare to receive service that feels both helpful and generous, and Ashley made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Great customer service, and I really appreciate her help. Highly recommend this location.
