The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. When my glasses unexpectedly broke, they went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my replacement pair. Dr. Annika Paulsen has consistently been patient, knowledgeable, and attentive whenever I have questions. She always takes the time to listen carefully and address my concerns. Highly recommend!

The front end staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. I saw Dr. Lauren; she was professional and thorough. I have every confidence that I received the best care anyone could provide.

I stopped here because it was the nearest eyeglass store to me while vacationing in Door County. My friend had sat on my glasses and they were very bent and unwearable, and I still had 3 days left before going home. I walked in just after they opened and was immediately greeted and helped. My glasses proved to be a difficult task, but they were able to get it done after a short while. Though they charged $25, that felt like a minor price to pay for fixed glasses for the remainder of my vacation. If it hadn’t been for Door County Eye Associates, I wouldn’t have been able to see the beautiful views of Door County. Thank you!

Surpassed my expectations with service & quality products available. The younger generation has taken over for Eric & Dee and doing a great job. Thank you as a happy camper with my new glasses!

I've been happy with these guys for awhile but after suffering an eye problem and going to Urgent Care, where I waited 90 minutes only to be given a very cursory exam, I called DCEA and told them the problem. First the tone of the person taking my call was caring and sympathetic. They got me in asap that day and Dr. Oke gave me a complete exam--diagnosed a virus and how to deal with it. Within a few days it cleared up but my appreciation for these guys will last a long, long time!
