Pretty frustrating experience. I gave them my insurance info when I called to make the appointment, but nobody mentioned that they were out-of-network. They could’ve easily told me right then, instead of waiting until I showed up. I took time off work and drove there just to find that out when I arrived. Had to cancel and still got charged a cancellation fee!!!😂😂 I guess I have some fault too for not answering their confirmation call, but I was at work how was I supposed to answer? Either way, the whole thing could’ve easily been avoided with better communication from the staff. If you’re thinking about going here, double-check yourself you’re in network and any fees. Don’t rely on the staff to do so…

if your single... your gonna wanna get a new pair of glasses every day. lol. staff is great. super quick. ( too quick) very professional.super cheap and really helpful too. my only regret is that I only have one pair of eyes 👀

Office staff is not helpful and rude. They deceive people into making appointments with them. They claim to take your insurance and once the services are performed all of a sudden they dont and you are responsible for a unnecessary bill. We called to confirm if they could provide service with our insurance and they claimed they could.

Dr Dora is an excellent doctor I like going to her for my eyes she takes good care of me

Horrible experience at this "doctors" office they claimed to take my insurance, it wasn't till after the appointment and several "services" were done that then they claimed that wouldn't accept my insurance, and now they suing me.
