Great doctor. He takes the time to talk things over with you and explain everything. "Eyeside" manner is great. When it comes to ordering glasses, that's a little different. The customer service itself is great. Friendly, service oriented staff assist with your selection of lenses and frames. The turnaround time to get the glasses takes more time than promised. I don't think it's anything that the office can control, but they should not tell you that your glasses will be in within 7 to 10 days and it take over a month. 3 stars for the friendly staff and great doctor, minus two for the time it takes to get the glasses.

Dr. Chang was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made a point to explain everything in detail so that I understood the current state of my eyes. The office staff are also extremely helpful- I ended up with a new prescription for contact lenses and glasses, which Chris helped me pick out. Overall, a good experience!
Great service. Location isn't close to my house but it is definitely worth the commute. Chris was very helpful and walked me through the steps of switching from glasses to contact lenses. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!
My husband & I have been his patients for at least 10 years. We wouldn't stay with him if he was not that great. He's like family to us. He goes out of his way to treat us professionally. He really does a great job.
I’ve worn glasses for many years. My appointment with this office was by far the worst experience that I’ve had with an optometrist Shortly after getting there, the young lady (Receptionist) took me in the back for a test. As she fumbled around a bit with various machines attempting the test, she mentioned that she had only been on the job for three days and typically a Dr would need to give that type of test. Once completed, she realized that she didn’t actually test both eyes; she mistakenly tested the same eye twice. She then asked for a do over. At that point I just wanted to get out of there. I’m usually very easy going, but when it comes to the health of my eyes, I prefer someone who has been properly trained and on the job longer than three days. She mentioned to the Dr that I wanted to cancel my appointment with him for obvious reasons, and he simply said ok. It seemed almost like it was the norm for that office. No apology for their incompetence and wasting my time, nothing. I don’t remember ever writing a review on a business but was compelled to write this one. Anyone out there looking for a new optometrist, you may want to keep looking.
