A shout out to hard-working cashier, RITU. Her light was off as she had just finished with several customers, and seeing lines getting longer with December shoppers, she motioned for us to come over and then proceeded to check us out. We noticed she took others to get them checked out too, when we were walking out. She should be recognized by her managers for going “above & beyond!”. Dedicated workers are often hard to find so when you have one, please recognize them and let them know how appreciated they are!!!!

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. The shopping was usual. During self serve checkout, at the end, the last item, a refill for my printer, it had an anti-thieft device attached to it. I brought it to the attendant and he removed the device. Then I scanned it out and placed it in the plastic bag I was filling on the bag carousel. Once I paid for everything I put my bags on the counter in the grocery cart and left saying, "Thank you", to the attendant. Once into the parking lot I heard, "Come back, come back", I turned and saw the attendant waving me back saying, "you left a bag". I followed him back to see the last bag I filled on the carousel that had the "expensive" printer refill. (Man, I would have missed that right off once home) I was thrilled in my heart and thanked him big time. This man is an example of how I have experienced individuals working at this Wal Mart as well as others. I highly appreciate this honest service not just at this store. I have seen a growing appreciation in people to give good service and kindness. I like that.
I never leave reviews - ever. I couldn’t care less. But this Walmart seems to ALWAYS forget items when I do the grocery order through the app and they seem to pick out the rotten produce out of ALL the produce available. Also received opened creamers and things with broken lids. Y’all have one job. Pick out fresh, and unbroken items and don’t forget to give the things people the things they actually pay for. Do better. It really isn’t that difficult.
Jeff, the Pharmacist, is VERY rude. He doesn’t listen, rolls his eyes when you try to explain, won’t make eye contact when you are talking to him, and then attempts to mansplain because he thinks he knows better. Like…I’ve been getting this script filled for years. You’re not telling me new information. You think you know better because you’re a pharmacist. Well…you’re not. You just have an ego on you the size of Texas. One you really shouldn’t have. I’m not sure how he got hired… he has the personality of a rotten carrot. I will be transferring my prescription away from this pharmacy immediately.
My visit was brief, and I did not observe any immediate concerns regarding the facility or the service provided. Should any changes arise that warrant an update, I will certainly revise my review accordingly.
