This place has the worst pick up service for when you try to do an order for pick up. 😩 I don’t understand why as soon as you pull into the spots you can’t get service to be able to let them know you have arrived. It’s so frustrating, every time I go I half to wave someone down to let them know or get out of my car to find a place to check in. They need to fix the issues because as slow as this process is, I think it’s quicker to just go inside, but when you have kids and you just want it to be a quick pick up this should run smoother. It also looks like they have 1 person attending this grocery delivery?? Seriously, 😐 get him some help. Please fix this issue. Waiting over 30 min for a pick up is ridiculous.

Sam's Club is a good place to shop, reasonable prices and plenty of parking. The issue I have and the reason for the 3 stars rating is as follow: If your membership is not Plus, then Everytime you going to pay at the register is will ask you to opt into the Plus membership. I must have answered "NO" countless times, but same question keep popping up everytime that I am ready to pay.

I wasn’t going to leave this review… but after being hung up on twice, I decided maybe this experience deserved some public recognition. I purchased baby back ribs from this establishment on Tuesday. Today is Thursday. I didn’t check the expiration date when I bought them… lesson learned, because from now on I’ll be inspecting meat like I’m a Food and Safety specialist. 🧐 The package had a “sell by” date of today, June 4, 2026. My family was excited for ribs tonight. Marinade was ready. Tin foil was out. I opened the package and immediately almost vomited. The smell was so pungent and rancid that it triggered an instant gag reflex. Imagine roadkill that’s been baking on the side of the road for a few Florida afternoons… that’s the closest comparison I can give. It stunk up my entire kitchen. My kids came over to see what the commotion was, and instant & overly dramatic gags commenced. Family dinner quickly turned into a biohazard event. I live 30 minutes away from this (or any) Sam’s Club, so shopping here isn’t convenient for me … it’s a once or twice a month trip. Before driving all the way back, I simply called to ask a reasonable question: if I return these ribs, would you like me to bring the actual putrid meat into customer service, or would a photo suffice so your entrance doesn’t smell like a decomposing animal carcass? Unfortunately, I’ll never know the answer because I was hung up on twice. Not disconnected. Hung up on. Someone answered, I could hear conversations in the background, and instead of saying, “Please hold,” the call mysteriously disappeared. I managed a team in a high-volume environment. We once caught an employee answering calls and hanging up on customers because “she didn’t feel like talking to people on the phone”. She was no longer employed after that day. So now, due to the combination of foul-smelling meat and poor customer service, your customer service area may get to experience exactly what my kitchen experienced tonight. Sorry not sorry. The spoiled ribs were disappointing. The customer service was what earned the review.

I am honestly appalled at the behavior of Roxy (identified herself as one of the supervisors) and the other employees I encountered today. The lack of empathy I encountered is absolutely disgusting. Today, two days before Christmas, I went to self-checkout to pay for my items. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue. The associate came over to try to evaluate the situation. It was obvious that she hadn’t seen this error message before, but she bypassed the error message prior to speaking to the supervisor. It charged my card for the full amount, and didn’t give me a receipt. Apparently it said I never paid. I waited ten minutes for a manager while being constantly bombarded by other patrons trying to use the self-checkout I was on. Well, Roxy came over and she was so unconcerned with my situation. To me, it came off as very arrogant. After evaluating things for literally no longer than 10 seconds, she told me that the issue was with my bank… She said it never went through on their end. Roxy told me I had to pay for the items. Then she walked away! I pulled up my banking app to see that it charged my card for the entire amount and I showed the associate, she in turn walked away, too. Now, standing there with five groups of people waiting to check out behind me, I inserted my card again. SAME ISSUE! It charged me AGAIN. No receipt AGAIN! This time I was inconsolable. Almost $500 being withheld on my account, and they said that nothing has been paid for. I had to wait another 10 minutes for Roxy to return, and this time she said she would check me out personally. I was holding back tears from the anxiety of having funds withheld this close to Christmas, and the other customers just wanting to check out that kept trying to rush me. This was handled so poorly. Finally, someone else that also appeared to be a supervisor, Aggie, showed up. She actually showed some empathy for the fact that my card was charged twice with nothing to show for it. I actually recorded the last transaction because I had a feeling it would happen again. Roxie rang everything up and asked me to pay. I did, AGAIN. It said it didn’t go through again. I felt absolutely sick to my stomach. Roxie and Aggie went through the transaction to find that it was a specific item that was the cause, not my bank!!! Initially Roxie never took the time to actually figure it out. I am disgusted by how I was treated today.. it took me 25 minutes to cash out (I only started counting after the first issue, so it was probably longer) and I have an additional almost $500 hold on my card two days before Christmas. At the end of everything I told Roxie that her lack of empathy was truly astonishing. After that, Roxie said, “Thanks for your patience..” I could not have been more bitter at that moment. I appreciated Aggie’s candor, but I believe that Roxie could use some additional training. To top it off, I called the store to bring awareness to this situation after I left, and the phone rang for THREE MINUTES and no one answered!! I just got my Sam’s Membership back, and I’m already regretting it!!!
