Dr Christy Osborne & Associates

Dr. Christy A. Osborne & Associates are a 5 Star office. Dr Osborne was a true blessing in solving my visual issues. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and skilled at solving my visual issue. I did not feel rushed while she completed the exam and answered all my questions even some that I did not know that I had. The support staff were respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I could not have been more pleased with the care I received from this office of true caring professional women. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Christy A. Osborne & Associates.

0 ⭐️ I will not ever go there. I just called for the first time ever March 14th 2025 and I was really excited because she’s a female eye Doctor.. I called and accidentally said I am looking for a dentist… and she proudly corrected me, a dentist… She’s an eye doctor… and a young lady in the background was loud and clearly laughing at what I said,… my feelings were hurt so bad I cried. I had brain surgery for my seizure disorder 18 years ago, so I forget a little bit, and I am more than willing to deal with people like her or should I say them. Thank you but definitely No Thank You

Wonderful! I have had prescription glasses since I was in the second grade. I've seen a multitude of different optometrists and Dr. Osborne was by far the best. Her staff were very welcoming and friendly as soon as I stepped in the door. Throughout the exam she made me feel comfortable and discussed all my vision options with me. I would recommend her practice for all your vision needs!

VERY RUDE. Picked out glasses for my son that they said they would cut down the arms to fit him better. Waited 2 weeks then went to get them. They said they were "unsafe" and we had to pick a pair of plastic frames that all looked AWFUL and I would never expect my son to wear and get made fun of. They said we HAD to pick from ones they said were "better" If you want nice looking glasses for your kids and don't want dorky bulky plastic frames don't go here! ALSO don't go here if you expect to be treated with respect, this is NOT THE place for you, and I haven't even mentioned the rude treatment and derogatory comments and dirty looks we got from staff and how the actual eye Dr. herself came to argue with us about his glasses.

I have been visiting this eye doctor since she was with Lens Crafters in the muncie mall. They've always been polite, fair pricing, professional, and even patient when fitting my first pair of contacts.
