If I could give 0.5 stars I would. Dr. Diana is very rude! Do not suggest! My one year old was to see an eye doctor and she was the only one I could get him into sounded nice on the phone. In the appointment she made rude comments about my kid saying he was behind even though I know he is not because he’s been in physical and speech therapy. She made a lot of rude comments to me as well for not knowing the answer to every question she asked. She was overall rude had me hold my kid down and he does not like sitting still so he would cry and she’d say something along the lines of “why are you crying” and to just let him continue to cry. Do not go here and do not take your little kids here.

Dr. Donch has been looking after the P family for many years, and we have always been treated with the greatest care and utmost professional service, with a hometown perspective. We always look forward to seeing Dr. Donch for our exams and frames, and every time there's ever been a need for walk-in adjustments or specific eye-health questions, Dr. Donch and staff are so gracious and helpful. From the art gallery decor (seriously, check it out), to the frame selection, and expert craftsmanship, you will see clearly how Dr. Donch has flourished in the art of eye-care for so many years. She has a vision for our town and our family, no doubt about it. Dr. Donch, we hope to see you for many years to come. Dr. Donch gives a very thorough exam. She answers every question I have. Glasses are high quality and durable. A+++

Huge regret! Will never go again. Takes all day, won't release your prescription unless you do numerous follow ups, charges $65 for putting your contacts in. Huge rip off, better off going to a chain up in erie

Dr. Donch was wonderful! She explains things in an understanding and thorough way. The office was clean. These sooo many glasses to choose from. She even stayed late and helped me pick out the ones I wanted and showed me things to look for based on frames and my face structure. I had a wonderful time and good conversation. 10/10 😊
