I went into Lens Crafters today to change out glasses I purchased and received last week. They didn’t fit on my nose right. The associate made it very easy to make the exchange. She was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone needing new glasses.
My daughter said she needed glasses and another optometrist at America's best told her she didn't need them. I brought her here and the optometrist knew immediately (after doing the photography tests) what prescription she needed, the way her face changed when he flipped right to the prescription she needed made me just melt. He also had just those good, man who loves his craft vibes, and the whole staff here was just so friendly and helpful. I will be returning any time we need new glasses.
The optometrist office and the storefront personnel were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient without trying to rush me out the door. It was a thorough exam and the doctor had great knowledge of his craft.
Service is always excellent at EWM store. We specifically look for Cathy if she is available. Always knowledgeable and patient. We appreciate the service provided.
