I’ve been going to Dr. Endo for over 30 years and found him very knowledgeable about my eyes. He would show me graphs of my eyes and explain explicitly the good points and bad points. Then he would explain what he is doing. I got glasses, contacts and laser vision through him. All was done in a cordial manner. His staff also treat you this way.
Doctor Edwin was amazing! He was so understanding and kind. All the team even upfront made it a very comfortable experience since I don’t usually go to see an eye doctor. I don’t have insurance and needed to be seen quick and I got an appointment very quick! Much appreciated
I had a contact replacement emergency while visiting from a neighbor island. Called their office first thing in the morning thinking it was a long shot but tried anyway and the office gals and Dr. snapped into action with assisting me right away with my situation upon sending them my prescription. Such a friendly and helpful team and I’m so grateful for all of their help.the process was so seamless. Will be ordering my normal contact lens supplies from them going forward. Mahalo Nui from Maui.
Dr. Endo was very thorough about my eye exam and is a very kind, campassionate and caring doctor. It’s my 1st visit and I was super pleased with him and his staff. Great customer service. Would 100 percent recommend him!
