They're always busy and booked. It took awhile for me to get my appointment set. I personally had a great experience Dr. Caine and his staff were just awesome. Great Customer Sevice, friendly and very knowledgeable of their craft. Would definitely recommend them...
I’m really upset I even have to be writing this. I don’t typically write reviews. I needed a new optometrist after moving to the LA area and came here after reading all the positive reviews. the initial appointment itself was fine and standard. the doctor was kind and chatty. after doing a trial of the contacts, I came in for a follow up and flagged that one eye was a little blurrier than others and I had been feeling dizzy/ gotten headaches after wearing them a while. he assured me that was normal and my eyes just needed to adjust — so I proceeded to purchase them that day. I fulfilled my glasses prescription with another vendor, and noticed that the same headaches and dizziness was happening. I called the next day and flagged this to them. They said there was nothing they could do and it was likely the vendors fault they didn’t fill the prescription correctly. I called again the same week asking when I’d be able to come in so they could address it— they said that I’d need to pay for a full new appointment (which I could not afford after just having paid for an eye exam). I called again and got the same reply and they told me I’d get a call back — which I never got. I just went in today and asked them to remedy the situation— they made me wait for over 30 minutes just to say the same thing. really disappointing. I don’t love doing this to a smaller business but felt like my experience might inform someone’s decision to receive care here. If they mess up your prescription - they won’t fix it, they will only charge you.

I've had glasses or contacts since I was in 2nd grade. Have dealt with a lot of Optometrists but no one has ever seemed to care like Dr. Caine. I went to him recently for color contacts for a Halloween costume and it had been a long time since I had worn contacts. He went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I even travel from the Valley to go see him because he's that attentive and good at what he does. Simply stated: Dr. Caine is a real one. Can't recommend his services enough.
I was recommended Dr Caine by a friend back in 2019 and have been going ever since. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and are always available to help me out or answer questions. Dr Caine himself is excellent, he takes the time to explain everything to you and answers all my questions, he doesn’t rush you or the appointment so everything seems very thorough. As long as I’m in LA I’m not going anywhere else!
