I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Emily Wu at Lenscrafters. Dr. Emily Wu is incredible knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I was impressed with the level of care and precision that Dr. Wu provided and left feeling confident in my eye health and care plan. It's worth it seeing Dr. Wu for my eye exams each year. She is just as thorough each visit as she was our very first visit. I love that she provides education and health tips. I sometimes struggle to read what's on the screen but she never rushes me. She did her best working with my insurance but my new plan doesn't cover anything so thankfuly the self-pay price was reasonable. I also love how kind and friendly the staff is!

She's fantastic. Dr. Wu was very kind and informative. When I came in for a medical eye exam she taught me so much about what was going on and within a few days my condition cleared up and would not require surgery (something that would have happened had I not come in). She laughs with you and makes her patients feel at ease. You will leave knowing more about your eye health.

Dr Wu is definitely the best. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and personable. She’s very accurate with both glasses and contacts. I’ve never had to do endless contacts trials with her. I also like that she’s punctual and doesn’t keep you waiting for your appointment. Highly recommend Dr Wu.
