Dr Esther Rettig MD

The wait was pretty long but obviously after my interaction with Dr. Rettig and her team I understood. She was very attentive during her assessment even with someone with no concerns or complaints with my vision. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Everyone was kind and very helpful. Assessments were thoroughly explained to me. Very good experience and happy to have Dr. Rettig on my healthcare team!

I thought the lady who examined my eyes for a new perscription was rather careless and it was scary when she approached me to put something in my eye to see if I felt it. Dr Rettig has always been very respectful and careful. I believe she is very knowledgeable and has an excellant manner with her patients. I am fortunate to have her as my eye doctor!

I do like the patient care my mother receives. However the wait times are out of control. The waiting room was packed, we waited 45 minutes past her appointment time, my mother is 92 years old with dementia, not easy to keep her entertained, I gave her a magazine to read, but she likes to read out loud, not sure others around us understand, just an uncomfortable situation. The wait times in past appointments were always way past appointment time also. As said I do appreciate the doctor's care for my mother, but really think they are constantly overbooked.

She seemed a little unsure about setting things up. It made me a little nervous if she was doing things correctly. She said she has only been there for two months so I have to give her a little Grace She had a pleasant personality & hopefully with more experience she’ll get more efficient.

Very easy simple process to have your eyes examined off the staff is awesome spot on facility. They make it very easy no stress to get you in there. Take care of business get your glasses squared away. Can’t ask for anything better.
