I have been with Dr. Frank for close to 10 years at this point, and I would not want to go anywhere else. He has a way of making an eye exam feel like a trip to the park. You are very relaxed the entire time, and he explains what he is going to do every step of the way. If you have an eye phobia like me, this is the place to go!
I had the same Eye dr for 15 years. He retired and when we moved to Medford started seeing Dr Frank. I find him to be very friendly and does a very thorough eye exam.
He, the doctor, showed up 20 minutes late to my appointment, then proceeded to volunteer psychiatric opinions during my eye exam. A major creep, highly recommend avoiding Eugene Frank as a professional.
