I have been going to Dr Gold's office for about 3 years. The office team is always very nice and they explain what they are doing. My recent eyeglass frames order and fitting with Rae and Annalise were very good. Their receptionists are nice too.
Robin was super professional and incredibly helpful with adjusting my Meta glasses. I’m a returning customer and had only walked in for a quick adjustment, but Robin went above and beyond. She noticed that the glasses I was already wearing were slightly crooked and took the time to adjust those as well, even though they weren’t purchased there. That level of attention and care really shows how much they value their customers. Incredible team. Kudos
Everyone - the booking person, receptionist, the doctor, the optician - they were all exceptionally nice, helpful, answered all my questions, and made someone with "white coat syndrome" feel comfortable. Dr. Salsabilian was awesome, thorough, answered all my questions. Annelyse was hilarious and super helpful when picking out my first set of frames while everything slowly blurred. I don't know what place the lower reviews went to, but it wasn't here.
Been going here for over a decade. Went in for a routine checkup, mentioned that my right eye prescription was a bit off, and that it was closer to my left eye prescription now, but said I did not want to change it if it cost extra to change the prescription, since it was still within tolerances. Doctor said I could talk to the manager and proceeded to change my prescription, then they informed me halfway through the process that it was gonna cost $400 more. Since these are ortho k lenses I am using, a refit usually entails 2-3 visits over the course of a month, which would entail the high price. Since the doctor just copy and pasted the left eye prescription to my right eye and did a quick visual check to make sure that it was fine. However, they still charged me the same price. I will not be coming back.
Been going here for years and they are always amazing. Today i went to pick up my glasses and went a little after they closed, they still accommodated me and let me take my glasses home. 100/100 service. Also shout out to Ruby (I think thats her name if i remember) super friendly and personable. The staff is the best.
