Listen, I love walmart. Just can not agree with long lines at 10p-ish. Night before Mothers Day. I had to cut the line to buy 1 card. I asked next in line, could I check out but the rest behind her I said nothing too them. No one challenged me but please do not create foolishness. My fault to ask to cut but come on. Create a shopping cart cashier with a few bags CARD only, big 5 items or less sign and just roll up on folks. Check them out, bag them, direct them out... they could even stand infront of the dark closed customer service area and scan, bag and release paid customers. Cluster 1hr before the store closes is not CUSTOMER FIRST SERVICE, tighten up team WALLY. Lost prevention is built into this plan too. Good Night, Happy Mothers Day.

Honestly, this review is only to hopefully capture the attention of someone who will actually attempt to fix the problem, since all other avenues of communication with Walmart have been exhausted. Walmart pickup shoppers are either poorly trained or poorly managed. About once a month, I receive expired food items. This latest pickup was done on June 8th, and I received items expiring on May 29th and OCTOBER 14th, 2025. I've tried multiple options to prevent this from happening, but the employees just don't care. A year or so ago, I got very ill from eating expired food during my chemo treatments because I didn't check behind the shoppers and ate food that was 4 months passed expiration. Since then, I've been more diligent. I've reached out several times, but it keeps happening. I've requested to speak to the local store, but the corporate customer service just gives me the runaround. The Chatbot Sparky online literally said to file a report with the FDA and BBB. So that's what I did. Hopefully, someone doesn't get seriously ill from their negligence. UPDATED 6/15/26: Received expired yogurt again. Responded to email received to notify Digital employee of the update. No response from digital employee as of 6/22/26. UPDATED 6/22/26: Received produce with bugs crawling inside the plastic packaging. Received yogurt with a hole punched through the lid.

I've just moved to the area, and needed some items for my new home. I found almost everything in this well-organized store, but one thing eluded me. I asked an employee for help, and he graciously located the furniture sliders I needed. I think the best part of my shopping adventure was checking out with Kiya. As I arrived she was cleaning her conveyer belt, which I appreciated since I was buying some clothing items. She did a phenomenal job scanning my items and packing them (I bought a large garbage can and she fit as much as she could into it). She really has a very delightful personality and I will seek her out next time I'm at Walmart!

This walmart is so well stocked, organized and clean. All power to the stocking and janitorial team here and whoever manages them. Even the store manager, just crazy cleanest walmart in jacksonville

I had a very unsettling experience at this Walmart location today that raised serious concerns about customer safety. While I was shopping in the aisle looking at items on the bottom shelf, a man positioned himself directly behind me for several minutes. I initially thought he had walked past me, but when I stood up, he stood up with me and was extremely close to me. The situation felt very inappropriate and unsettling. I was with my son, and it made me feel unsafe enough that I immediately grabbed him and walked away. I reported the incident to customer service and explained that the man appeared to be squatting behind me while I was bent down in the aisle and may have been recording or taking photos with his phone. The employee told me that another woman had reported a similar situation with a man earlier that same morning. I then spoke with a manager and later with someone from Asset Protection. Unfortunately, the response I received felt very dismissive. I was told they would “let AP know,” but there was no immediate attempt to review camera footage or provide any reassurance about what had happened. When I followed up, it seemed like the information about the earlier incident was being downplayed or dismissed. Because I still felt concerned about what happened, I contacted the sheriff’s office myself to report the incident. As a regular shopper and a mother, it was very unsettling to feel unsafe in a place where I shop frequently for my family. I would strongly encourage Walmart management to take situations like this seriously, review security footage when incidents are reported, and ensure that customers feel protected in the store. Customer safety should be a priority in any retail environment. When multiple shoppers report suspicious or potentially predatory behavior, there should be immediate action taken to review camera footage and ensure that customers are protected. I hope this review encourages better awareness and response to customer safety concerns in the future.
