The exam was much more thorough than any eye exam I’ve had before. I’ve seen several eye doctors over the years, and this was by far the most comprehensive visit. The doctor took the time to perform tests that were covered by my insurance but had never been offered to me elsewhere, used equipment I had never seen before, and explained every finding clearly without ever making me feel rushed. Even while waiting for my dilating drops to work, he stayed with me and continued explaining things instead of leaving me alone in a room. That level of attention and dedication is very rare. After years of feeling like just another patient at other eye clinics, this experience was completely different. I felt listened to, my questions were answered thoroughly, and I never had the impression that anyone was trying to hurry to the next patient. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, and everything—from the exam to the insurance and payment process—was clear and straightforward. I highly recommend this office. It was, without a doubt, the best eye care experience I’ve ever had.
