Dr Kevin Hirano

I've been coming to Dr. Hirano for a few years now and have always had a great experience. The staff are always quick to help, don't mind my nervous chatter during all the pre-tests, and Dr. Hirano himself is very calm and straight to business while still being very pleasant to work with My most recent visit was to order a pair of glasses. I had arrived on a random day without an appointment to browse and Chris immediately greeted me and offered to help. I chose a pair and she was very knowledgeable about whether or not those frames would work with my (high) prescription. She ended up pulling multiple other options based on my preferences and we found one that works for me. The rest of the process of choosing the lens types and pricing was very straightforward without any semblance of pushing an upsell. Always a great experience, highly recommended all around!

As always Dr. Hirano was very thorough. He has such a wonderfully calming bedside manner to put you at ease. His assistant and the front desk were also welcoming and super helpful.

I had been to 3 other optometrists who could not get my prescription right. Dr. Hirano is very professional and thorough and gave me tests that I've never had in my 60 years of eye exams. He got the prescription right. I am so relieved. Very happy, office staff is great and a wonderful selection of frames.

Dr Sawai was great…personable, patient, thorough and helpful. All the staff was amazing as well, from check-in to helping me pick out my new frames. They also had a huge selection of glasses and sunglasses. I’m very appreciative and excited to pick up my new glasses soon.

Dr. Sawai was amazing. She diagnosed an unexpected retina issue during a routine eye exam and then managed a very rapid referral to a busy retinal specialist who fixed me within 2 days.
