I had a wonderful experience at this optometry office. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and check-in was smooth, quick, and friendly. The technician was polite and made the process easy by clearly explaining each step while operating the machines. I was seen by Dr. Kim, who is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, and made me feel completely comfortable. She took her time explaining everything in a clear and thoughtful way and made sure I fully understood my eye health. She truly cares about her patients understanding and experience. She was incredibly generous and very approachable, which made the appointment feel relaxed and reassuring. I was seen quickly, and overall the visit was excellent. Since moving away from home, I have been looking for a closer optometrist and am so glad I found this office. I will definitely be returning for my annual checkups and will be recommending them to my college friends. Highly recommend.
