Dr. Medina and his team are the only people I’ll trust with my glasses. I found him around 2011, and I’ve never gone anywhere else since. Dr. Medina works tirelessly until he gets your prescription right. He’s incredibly patient, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients. I know firsthand that I can be a challenging patient when it comes to getting my prescription just right, and he has always treated me with kindness and patience. His team is just as wonderful. They always take the time to listen to my concerns, make adjustments as needed, and never make me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely want you to leave happy with your glasses, and I’ve always appreciated the care and professionalism they’ve shown me. I recommend Dr. Medina and his team to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist who truly cares. Best in Miami !

I wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciated the excellent service during my recent visit. Dr Medina was great — very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire appointment. He made the experience comfortable and welcoming. Joe is very helpful in picking out frames!! It’s always nice to support a family-owned business that truly cares about its patients. We have been going to Dr. Medina for years. There is no other optic like this one. Dr. Medina and the entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and they truly make you feel like you are the first priority at all times. Furthermore, I have never been so comfortable with my glasses the first time (brand new) because I wear different prescriptions in my eyes and I always needed readjusting after I got brand new glasses before I came to see Dr. Medina. With Dr. Medina, my glasses have always been right on point, no adjustments needed. He is truly the best and a wonderful person. Dr. Medina is also seeing my 2 daughters, so I recommend this practice for children as well as adults.

Dr. Medina has been my optometrist for over 10 years. He is great with kids also - he puts everyone at ease and makes the examination process easy. His staff are welcoming, personable and very knowledgeable!

Had a fantastic experience, all staff members were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Medina was great he made me feel comfortable and well taken care of and was very thorough in explaining every step of the eye exam with me. Highly recommend
