Optical Solutions in Hospital Commons: Office decor was warm & inviting. The staff were welcoming with a smile & courteous. Dr Kevin Campbell took the time to listen to my health concerns, he was compassionate in his manner & medically explanatory regarding my treatment options. I would highly recommend him!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kevin Campbell and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The office is clean, modern, and runs right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Campbell took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the exam, answered all of my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting my prescription just right was impressive. I left feeling confident that my eye health was in the best possible hands. The staff was professional and friendly when scheduling my appointment, and the entire visit was efficient with no wait time. I always have a great experience at Optical Solutions at Hospital Center Commons location. I have been going to Dr. Campbell Jr. for a number of years and he has always been so helpful to me and my family with finding the right prescriptions for glasses and contacts as well as diagnosing a condition with my son and was able to promptly set up him with a cornea surgeon specialist. I also wanted to recognize Lisa in the optical sales department who couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful to me replacing my damage glasses, quickly and efficiently. And one more shout out to Ramone who has helped me many times and my son most recently expediting a new pair of glasses for him to have in time for his vacation. So grateful to all the warm staff at Optical Solutions at Hospital Commons!
