Dr. Michael Abrams and Associates

Been going here for several year. Staff is very pleasant. Great selection of eye wear. This has definitely improved over my first visit several years ago. Always a quick turn around from ordering to receiving new glasses.

I was greeted and checked in then worked with Kimberly for pre-exam testing. Kimberly was professional and kind, answered my questions and made sure that I knew what my insurance coverage would be. I then had my eye exam with Dr. Redmond. Dr. Redmond was so kind and compassionate and very thorough. She worked to ensure that my concerns were addressed (I was struggling with small print) and answered my questions. Kimberly and I worked together again as I got to pick out a bunch of frames with no pressure which was fun. The entire team helped me by giving their opinions on my choices. Kimberly went through all the lens options especially since I work on a computer all day and my hobbies include sewing! I love what I picked, and I look forward to picking them up and being able to see much better. Thank you to the team at the Rockingham Mall LensCrafters I will surely be back!

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt taken care of in a way that I never see anywhere. The girl that checked me in and took my eye photos was so personable and kind. She was wonderful. Dr Redmond was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed and she suggested eye spray and an eye mask for my dry eyes. I felt heard and cared for. Bonnie was super helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I typically get overwhelmed when doing eye exams. Any exam for that matter lol so I push the appointments out mostly because I don’t feel like dealing with it and I don’t trust anyone to give me the right information anymore. Bonnie didn’t want to just sell me something, she genuinely wanted to get to know what I specifically needed or wanted. I am out of work but she was able to work within my budget to get me a beautiful pair of glasses. When I am back to work I will no doubt come back to Lens Crafters and get a few other reading glasses etc. I never do these surveys but I had to because everyone was awesome. Thank you!!

Dr. Redmond is seriously one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met. She’s always so kind and helpful. I feel very well taken care of with her handling my eye care..

Every person working in this store/office was friendly, and went out of their way to help me. It's in a mall, so after my appointment for contact lenses, I went into a couple shops. I realized I made a mistake with the lenses I wanted to try. I stopped back to the office to let them know I might be calling back for another appointment, and they told me nope, just go back to the waiting area and Dr Redmond would see me right then. Best customer service.
