I feel bad writing this because I liked my experience with Joey. I sent a notice to cancel my account on January 27th because I will be traveling frequently over the next few months and did not want to continue a membership that I wasn't going to use consistently. Upon finalizing my cancellation, I was persuaded by one of the staff members to keep my account and freeze it rather than cancel it so that I did not lose several credits that I had left. I agreed to book 1 more appointment before freezing before my card would be charged again on February 4th. I was told that the session was a credit for one of 2 sessions in December that I scheduled for weekends in january. Both of those weekend sessions were cancelled because by them because a staff member was sick. Little did I know, the owner or someone that is texting me and refusing to give their name is saying that I did not have any credits left for the additional appointment so they will charge me for the entire month of February and then freeze my account. If I had known that they planned to charge me again and that I had no credits remaining, I would have just cancelled my account as planned and not scheduled the additional appointment. I had only agreed to keep the account frozen so that I would not lose the credits that I thought I had left. After communicating with I believe Ritu via text, there is no way I would ever recommend anyone to go to this location. I am cancelling my account permanently and expect them to return the money they charged to my credit card immediately.

I am impressed, all the way around, with Sydney, the simple layout, the scanning capabilities and the great work Sydney did, especially heeding my info about my 3 back surgeries and going appropriately lighter my first session. I am looking forward to the coming month of membership. I feel that Sydney is highly qualified given her education and working background. I feel safe.

I had a fantastic experience at StretchLab! The personalized stretching sessions really helped alleviate my muscle tension and improve my flexibility. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring each session is tailored to my needs. The environment is welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their physical well-being!

This 1-star review is about the management of this location and their billing practices. The therapist I worked with was excellent - 5 stars. I paid around $700 for a total of 9 sessions. One intro session and two months of the $329 / mo membership. I had some last minute work travel and a family emergency come up. So I could only use 7 sessions total. I asked for an extra week or two to use the sessions I paid for and management refused. For this price, I would expect some level of customer service and flexibility. However, the response here is very disappointing. I asked to cancel my membership because my doctor ordered physical therapy, so I'd do that instead. The management got very upset, tried to pressure me to stay on, and is now saying because I "cancelled" I can't even use the sessions I paid for. Also, they are somewhat unresponsive if you try to contact them. I sent multiple emails and never got a response. You'll be lucky if anyone picks up the phone during business hours. While the therapist I worked with is good, I would be extremely cautious about signing any sort of monthly membership here. They are not flexible at all and just want to take your money.

Saeed was fantastic! He explained everything he was evaluating on me. Very professional and thorough! I have seen Emma for several weeks and she is making a HUGE difference! My wife has even commented that my posture has improved!
