Everyone, from the staff at the front desk to the technicians to the doctors are so professional, friendly and excellent at what they do. The testing is thorough and comfortable. Dr. Lauren Pastucha is so caring, personable and easy to talk to and has helped me tremendously with my dry eye issues. I highly recommend her and this practice!
I like the practice but hate waiting 2 hours for my visit. I lack patience and it was painful to sit waiting. You definitely overbooked and every patient was upset because that's what we talked about for 2 hours. Then a younger patient came in and was out in an hour.. Do they think seniors have time to wait. Get it right for all of us.
Dr. Schneider and his staff provide excellent and professional care to their patients. They work with their clients to ensure personalized results, especially before and after cataract surgery.
I have been going to this place for years and I love Dr Schneider and Dr Mileham. Both listen and answer questions and take their time explaining things. Amazingly, I found the wait time much improved and I was not sitting with a mass amount of people in a secondary area. The front desk people have improved greatly on their courteousness and now seem much more pleasant and less stressed then I have seen in past years. I would say that scheduling tends to be the weaker area. I have been given appointment cards several times now, only to find out they were not put in the system.or my schedule canceled by them and told I would have to wait another one to two years to see them evn though they were the ones canceling. So my suggestion is to ask for an appt.card even if you put it on your electronic calendar. Ask the person booking appt. to recheck the system to make sure it was correctly entered. Had I not checked this time for my upcoming eye exam after seeing the eye doctor, I would have been out because it was never entered when I made the appt. a year ago. Fortunately she got me an appt. for a week later, or else the ophthalmologist would have been double booked and making others appt.to run later. Bring you card with you as proof and make sure you receive their text that you have a future appt. I went back and looked and I only got one of the two appt reminders to add to my calendar. Had I thoroughly checked I might have been able to call and they correct it right away. I honestly think they need a cubical or divider from the main desk because the person was being distracted by other staff several times while I was scheduling.
