10/10! We recently went to visit Dr Quans office for the first time for my son. We had a horrible experience at a previous office so we came here to start over & hope we would get answers, & better treatment. At the appointment I felt heard, & hopeful that my son would be able to see again, & all questions answered before I even asked them. we’ve had the glasses for a week now & my son told me he can finally see me. I am very pleased with the service here & Dr Quan thank you for helping my son!!!! I recommend to everyone especially for children!

Dr. Quan Nguyen is the best optometrist! He’s so kind, such a great vibe! He also very knowledgeable and goes over your eye health in detail! Highly recommended

Excellent experience with Dr. Quan and staff Maria. They waited for me and checked me past closing time when I told them I had red eye and feel it needs immediate attention. Currently working with the medication. Hoping to recover soon. Thank you for helping me!

Dr Quan and staff were amazing. My daughter and I needed to have exams done but locations near us did not have options for walk-in’s. Upon calling Dr. Quan’s office, there was the option for walk in. This allowed for my daughter and I have to have our exams completed before our trip and not lose our funds for the year. Upon entering, the office was very comfortable. Staff at the front desk was very accommodating and prepared with documentation required and getting us in immediately. Although it was close to closing time, they made it work for us, without making us feel a certain way. To me, the whole team went above and beyond to take care of us to complete what we needed. I would recommend this office. Dr. Quan made my daughter feel comfortable to answer his questions without me jumping in. She just turned 7 and is typically very introverted. To my surprise she did very well, thanks to Dr Quan and his team. Although the office is located in the Walmart, it wasn’t hard to find. The office is closed in from the Walmart traffic for more privacy. Excellent team work Dr Quan. Our experience was amazing and will definitely be returning for future exams and concerns. Thank you again for the excellent experience.

I’ve never had my eyes cleaned and wow, I feel my eyes so refreshed, it’s if my eyes got a tune up. Highly recommend Dr Quan he was pleasant, very informative, showed me my current eye glass vision and compared it to what my current vision after exam will look like. He gave me complementary items like vitamins for my eyes and eye pads to keep up my eye treatments at home for dry eyes. I had an excellent experience. Highly recommend Dr Quan.
