I can’t say enough wonderful things about this eye doctor’s office! From the moment you walk in, everyone is warm, friendly, and welcoming. The staff is professional, patient, and truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Paternoster is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. I never feel rushed, and all of my questions are answered with kindness and patience. You can really tell that they take pride in providing excellent care. The entire experience is always pleasant, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Park Professional Eyecare has been my eye doctor for over twenty years. The staff at the Front Desk knows my name. I don’t need to give them my name. And I have watched and seen that it’s not just me. They know every client name! To me, it’s incredibly, it makes you feel welcome. Not every doctor’s office is like that. All the staff members are amazing professionals! My Doctor, Dr. Ralph Paternoster, is the best Eye Specialist! He takes his time to examine your eyes and explain everything to you. I’m afraid to trust my eyes to anyone else. Latoya is the best when it comes to choosing the right eye glasses. Thank you all.

From reception to my initial eye tests, to Dr. Paternoster’s diagnosis, to future appointment scheduling, to frame selection, my time at Park Professional EyeCare was productive. Each staff member was attentive and patient. Dr. Paternoster was thorough in his assessment of my eyes and gave context for his insights. A wide array of frames were available and, while choosing them was tedious, the gentleman helping me was patient and knowledgeable. I am thankful for my overall experience.

I’ve been going to Dr Paternoster for many years now with complex eye issues. The entire staff is always knowledgeable and professional. Everything flows seamlessly. Minimal wait time, if any. Dr. Paternoster is very thorough. I have never felt rushed, he explains things in terms you can understand. I’m very grateful for what he has done for me.
