I've been wearing contacts for decades, but when I came here it was the first bad experience that never got resolved. I couldn't see well out of what they put me in. After many calls and explaining things are blurry and uncomfortable, they didn't do anything about it. I ended up asking them to use my old prescription and just went with that.
Guys. If you're here reading reviews... Fret not. Best eye dr ever AND office. Book your appt. Dr. Serych has a great personality, very easy going and understanding, and professional. Jeanette made us feel welcome and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I loved about 10 pair of glasses but she helped me narrow it down to 2. Great selection of frames on hand.
Dr. Serych is fantastic! His staff is great and very helpful also. This weekend I forgot my contacts when I went out of town and within an hour he had a local eye doctor give me a couple of samples to help me out until I got home. He went above and beyond and has always been great!
He is the only eye doctor I will see! I have been going to him since I was a child! Always has been so nice and caring! He always make sure that you have any questions he will answer them. He doesn’t rush you to get to then next appointment! All the staff is amazing!
Dr. Serych is a caring and outstanding professional. He's very personable, knowledgeable, and will spend individual time explaining details with you. He never makes you feel rushed and is willing to go the extra mile for patient comfort. I have no hestitations recommending him.
