I was seen this week for an eye irritation I had been experiencing for a few days. I wasn't sure where to go so I called the office and the front desk was so kind and helpful and got me in the next morning. I saw Dr. Butterfield who was amazing, and turns out I had something on my cornea that needed to be removed. She was on time, kind and gentle and my eye felt better immediately. Very thankful to her and staff for getting me in quickly and getting me feeing better. If I ever need eye services again I will definitely be back!
I've been going to Dr Moore's office for almost 10 years now she does an outstanding job and she has great patient relationship attitude she takes good care of her patience and follows up behind him if they need eye surgery
Dr Moore shares her knowledge and gifts as a eye doctor. My son it was his first time and she easily guided him along. They are patient and helpful and understanding with little children too. I tried on a few pairs my self and the staff were not only helpful but so kind. They also dress very professionally, which is unfortunately a lost art at most establishments.
Tonight, I called this office because my 2.5 year old son had been in pain ALL day with his eye. We had an appointment with his pediatrician this afternoon but she was unable to diagnose his eye pain and symptoms (red, swollen, sensitive to light. He spent most of the day with his eyes closed!) His pediatrician guessed that it could be scratches or conjunctivitis and gave antibiotic drops and told us to follow up with them tomorrow if he wasn't feeling better. This evening, he was inconsolable. We called the after hour line for his pediatrician and they recommended the ER if he didn't calm down or to follow up with an optometrist tomorrow if he did. We got him somewhat calm and I began calling closed offices to see if they would see pediatric patients. Dr. Moore's office answered, and she graciously agreed to stay late just to see my son. I am so, SO thankful. She was absolutely amazing explaining what she was doing to a toddler, making him comfortable, and quick when it came to removing the debris stuck behind his eyelid. My son was very at ease with her. We'll be switching the whole family to this practice after this experience!
