Dr Tavel Family Eye Care

I've been a customer of Dr Tavels for many years. In the past few years service has declined as prices ha increased. Same goes with my United health care insurance. Last year Dr Tavels dilation machine was not working. I felt they should of called me and informed me as this machine is important. I asked United healthcare if l could reschedule , they said yes. Called Dr Tavel chapel Hill to ask questions. Only got recording to leave message. What Is cost of exam, can l take prescription to be filled at Walmart. United healthcare only covers Dr Tavel for me. Walmart is looking pretty appealing to me with their customer service, large selection of frames and on site technology. Eye sight is very important. Glass are extremely expensive and insurance covers less and less.

I am very pleased with this establishment. I went into the office and they took care of me. Everyone was so friendly and nice and knowledgeable. I thanked them very much.

Dr. Taval's eye clinic is exceptionally compassionate about my eye care, including my family. I appreciate the friendly reminders for exams. I appreciate the HIPPA explanation from the administration staff in the lobby. They are truly warm, and sociable. I appreciate the helpful assistance with the selection of my frames, and the explanation of my insurance benefits. Overall, always a great appointment.

I normally hate going to the eye doctor because it's just a lot.....like a lot. However this place was quick affordable and very professional. I really appreciate nice people who care about what they do, and this location really does care. Works well with almost all insurance plans. Great styles. Clean chic look. Friendly atmosphere.

Chapel hill Center Dr Tavel office , from the moment I walked in the door I greeted, and was not rushed to make decisions. The Doctor explained things very well. The girl helping with ordering my glasses was very well informed about my insurance and as well Dr Tavels insurance.
