Dr Thao Nguyen Tran MD

It's been a while since my last thorough eye exam and I was pleased that Dr. Tran was still in the area. We started with her many years ago when our daughter was 8 yo. Dr. Tran spotted an abnormality in her eyes and referred us to Children's Hospital. Turned out to be nothing of concern, but we were sold! Our family has always had good visits. Fast forward to today and still great compassionate service. The new office is very nice too - have some patience with the front desk staff as they seemed new, but very friendly.

AAAAA+ I met Dr Tran 12/2023. I absolutely think she's awesome from the first meeting. She had to remove skin tags from my eyelids. Did a great job. I have referred her to my friends and family. Her office is very professional, a woman owned business. She is the eye doctor she is the opthamologist she is the surgeon. I'm very proud of her and her accomplishments. I was there yesterday to have another skin tag removed from my lower under eye. Soon I will be having cataract surgery and yes she will be the surgeon. This is literally a One-Stop shop if you want to say it that way she's everything you can't go wrong. Honestly I love this doctor. I'm telling you you won't be sorry. Very accommodating very professional.

Hands down, the best Dr we have ever encountered. Brilliant, tenacious, empathetic; Dr. Tran is simply the best. This comes from two old people - one is a 2 time cancer survivor; who have been around the block with some excellent providers over the years. Opthamologist care? Look no further. TOP NOTCH

Had my daughter's annual appointment today and i must say that the front desk ladies were pleasant. Cory, I believe is the nurse that started the exam was a pleasure to meet. The assistant to Dr. Tran (not sure what her name is because she didn't greet me or state her name when she came in the rm) was rude. Walked in said hi to my 14 yr old and never once engaged w me as the adult, parent of my daughter. She went over everything with my 14 yr old and even spoke about what was more expensive as if my daughter was the adult and paying for her script. This eye dr or assistant had her ba k turned to me the whole appointment. Dr. Tran was no better when she came in. I believe it's great to engage a child at a certain age but, to ignore a parent as if they are not in the room and give an under age child all that information is irresponsible and tasteless. My daughter has a class to take there and I'm hoping things will be more respectful towards the parent guardians. Not pleasant. After this contact lens class looking forward to another office next year. 2 stars. 1 for Cory and 1 for the front desk ladies. ⭐️⭐️

My husband Bill and I are happy to share our review of Dr. Tran. She has taken excellent care of our needs from cataract surgery to yearly exams and the occasional eye problem check. We have never felt rushed during our visits and Dr. Tran has always answered all our questions with concern and compassion. We have never had any issues booking appointments in a timely manner and wait time in the office to be seen is minimal. Dr Tran’s staff is amazing - especially Cody! Cody is personable and truly an asset to Dr Tran. Marie Patterson
