Dr. Thom Dinh, O.D.

First time I’ve ever come here and it was such a lovely experience! Everyone there was so kind to me, and explained everything we did for the exam as we went which was very reassuring. Dr. Dinh Thom, her assistant, and everyone at reception were always very warm and friendly. After I got my prescription I was able to go right into the next area to get a pair of glasses. When I felt indecisive or unsure, the helpers in that appointment helped me find glasses that suited me best. I was able to get my prescription updated and have my new glasses ordered all on the same day! Will highly recommend this place to my glasses-wearing friends.

Our experience with this optometrist and her staff was 10/10! She was very informative and customer service was so reassuring. I appreciated her and her staff's care for my son. I definitely felt comfortable and I definitely recommend coming here for any vision needs you may have! Her staff is very friendly! All in all, you get great service and great quality glasses.

Everyone was amazing! From the check-in process to the tech who took the photos of my eyes. The doctor was super nice and I really enjoyed my visit. The young lady who assisted me with selecting glasses was patient and gave me feedback on what will be best for me and my prescription. I will definitely be back.

Office staff is very polite. The Doctor is very friendly and patient. I have been seeing her for a few years now. I really like it there.

This is Davin Daigle, As far as my doctors visit with Doctor Thom, It went very well, Staff did there job excellent and made you feel welcome. It took no time for me to get checked in and get sent to the back. Very nice! Thank you guys. Now, What i will speak on is the older lady on the other said that does the sales for the glasses. Her professionalism in a customer based environment is very poor. She does not have any patience with her customer’s nor does she make someone feel welcome. It is very clear she is there to just do her job & go home. Now the other workers were very helpful and customer friendly. Thanks! Davin Daigle.
