Dr Todd Cohron

This is the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen for a medical professional office. Hair balls on the floor. Everything is dusty. Clutter in the rooms. No sanitation whatsoever so ever on the equipment used on your face. It’s disgusting and yes I made him aware.

My first visit was today . The Dr was very easy going and friendly. He was very detailed in his exam. I plan to use him from now on . They didn’t make me wait either .

Dr.Cohron is an amazing optometrist. He’s kind and listened to everything I had to say. His staff on the other hand is a different story. I had made a facebook post about being aggravated due to a situation and never mentioned the business name in my post and I received a call from one of his employees scolding me as if I were a child. On another occasion I had called their office to see if my contacts had come in and the person on the phone was quite rude. It was possibly the same person. I have zero issues with Dr.Cohron. But his staff or one in particular is very rude. Instead of calling asking how she could correct the problem, she called and talked to me very unprofessionally. I parted ways with them not because of Dr. Cohron but because of one of his staff members.

If you or your family needs any type of eye care this is the place to go.. Every one here is amazing! Very professional and very courteous and kind, you simply can not find a better place for you and or your family.. Love this place, and you will too
