I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dreamworks Eyecare & Vision. The staff is so nice and considerate, the office is clean and every time I’m there the wait is never long. Did I mention that the staff is super nice? When I received my exam the info was detailed and concise. I was given multiple options regarding care and follow-up procedures, plus bonus details based on my specific exam results. (Bonus as in what to do, how to save etc.) 😊 Five Stars Across the Board!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Dreamworks! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The appointment was thorough, and the Dr. took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions with patience. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel confident in the care I received. They even helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses! I highly recommend this place for anyone needing an eye exam. Thank you for such a great visit!

Wonderful doctor! Very thorough and took time to make sure my prescription was right and I understood it. Also, front desk was very helpful and accommodating when cost was incorrectly communicated in phone call conversation. Great place. Thank you.

Did not like the service, front desk agents are not engage; they all seemed tired and busy with their own cellphones, the tables and materials used to perform my eyes exam were not disinfected prior me using them. Music way too loud in the lobby. I keep getting text messages about me being due for an eye exam after I had already had one. So, obviously their records are not up to date. Definitely not what I was expecting, very dissapointing and poor customer service. Will have to find another eye doctor moving forward.

Seen for care the first week of March and as of today, 5/6, still do not have my frames. Every week I am told there is another delay and to give it "one more week." Meanwhile, I have no ETA on when I will actually have the frames in hand that I paid for. When I call, the staff is argumentative and I am told different stories depending on whom I speak with. The office has never called me in reference to my frames or the status. I have always had to call them to check. I have patiently let it go, only calling to confirm when I can pick them up, but, as glasses are a medical necessity for me, I'm at my wits end and will elevate the dispute. If you need glasses by a certain date, I would go elsewhere.
