I want to thank the cashier I think she said Queta for her awesome service. After I was asking another associate for assistance with a price check. The product was in the wrong area, So it was not on sale. The worker got smart and said I don’t work 24/7 it’s not my fault that a whole rack of clothes are in the sales section. Queta was nice and helped me find the actual sale items.

A bit hard to find the aisles when I rely on the app to tell me where a certain item is. Also, maybe have more than ONE check out line open (other than the self- checkout kiosks. Quality is never a real disappointment and I find prices to be quite fair. These improvements will make it 5 star worthy

Huge thank you to Latrice at the Bloomington Walmart Vision Center! My cousin was visiting from out of town for a family gathering when his glasses broke. Latrice saved the day by replacing the missing screw and thoroughly cleaning his glasses. Her excellent customer service turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Store management has a fantastic employee in Latrice!

5 stars only for the patient workers who were working during tail gate n tall boys when their lot was completely FULL due to this stupid country concert.Then store was completely empty of customers even though the lot was at capacity. Super annoying that even the online pickup parking spaces were taken. Ya’ll don’t tow? It was a huge inconvenience when all i needed was to pick up a few things

Everyone was great in the service department.. needed new tires as I had a issue with a screw in a tire . Susan got us set up.. mechanic answered my questions on the system resetting it self. Which it did. Very happy..
