Dr Tammy Nguyen was so kind, thorough, and worked with my insurance. She was patient in helping me figure out what was going on with my eye- I felt seen, heard, and not rushed- she really made me feel like she cared! And she got me the perfect eye glasses prescription when other doctors were unsure. Love her!

I just got back from TSO, and I've been taking my daughter there for 10 years, but today I didn't have a good experience and decided to write this review so other customers in the same situation know what might happen. On March 4th, I picked up my daughter's new glasses at 5 pm. The next day when she came home from school, the frame was already loose on one side. I had to wait until today because the clinic was closed on the 6th and 7th. Today after work, I went to the clinic, and they fixed them, but I'm not convinced that new glasses would loosen the day after I bought them. I asked if they could be exchanged because I just paid $295.00, and the front desk response was: if you want the glasses with different frames, you must pay $50 in addition to what you already paid, because those are company policies. I'm writing this review because the last pair of glasses I ordered two years ago were replaced because the frames didn't have the metal inside to allow them to bend. They didn't charge me anything extra. But now, it seems they're charging an additional $50 on top of whatever you already paid. I'm writing this review so other customers are aware that if they have any issues with the frames and want to replace them, they should expect to pay an extra $50, even if they've only worn the glasses for 24 hours. I don't think this policy is appropriate because my daughter's glasses were only worn for one day. How is it possible that the frame has already loosened on one side and that there's an extra charge? I hope the company reconsiders its policy because a satisfied customer recommends the company to others, while a dissatisfied customer doesn't.
Dr. Clark has been my eye doctor for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a most caring doctor. His staff are also very friendly and most competent. I know I am in very good hands. He makes you feel like part of a family! Excellent care!
Had a contact lenses exam and the doctor dilated my pupils then had me put on the contacts. Told me the dilation wouldn't take effect for 15 mins. She lied, it took effect immediately. I couldn't see a thing. I tried to try the contacts first then have the exam before the dilation but she insisted the reverse order. Of course, during the exam I can't accurately access vision. She tells me that's why she is sending me home with samples so that I may be able to test at home. That makes no sense to me. To me, it makes more sense to have the.trained doctor access my vision WHILE IM AT THE APPOINTMENT. Furthermore, the contact prescription is totally a whole point weaker than my glasses prescription. I got ripped off. I either want a refund or my actual contact exam that I paid for! Do not let her dilate your pupils before the contact exam!! No matter what she says.
Bianca was extremely patient and helpful with elderly gentleman I accompanied to her office. Spent a lot of time explaining everything and was very compassionate.
