Dr Klepper and his staff were extremely kind and compassionate with my father during an issue with drivers' license renewal. I am always impressed by the kindnesses shown patients when I have been in their offices. I live out of state or they would be my provider. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness shown at the time of our "urgency"!
My family had such a fantastic experience here! Brought my 2 year old in to Dr. Trainer who made my son feel so comfortable and at ease during his examination. Dr.Trainer is the best! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
Klepper & Trainer staff are AMAZING! Every time I go in I am greeted immediately. They are extremely friendly and helpful. the doctors are patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate having them in our community.
When our ophthalmologist moved we were not sure where to go. Dr. Kleppinger & Trainer we’re recommended to us by a friend and the whole experience was exceptional!! They did well with my son during his exam and went out of there way to help him find the “green” glasses he was wanting! The office gals did some online investigating and a few phone calls later got my son the pair of glasses he wanted. By no means did they have to go out of there way in trying to help him find the glasses he wanted but the fact that they did was heart warming!
The front desk was extremely nice and the Dr was very engaging this is a great office
