Drs. Page & Ward

David is an exceptional member of the team. Over the last couple of years, I’ve moved around the Greater Philadelphia area but I will always make the trek to Center City to see Dr. Ward and his team. Their customer service is excellent and they always make you feel at home. They go above and beyond and put you at ease (speaking as someone with major social anxiety). David always greets you like an old friend and the team always explains the tests etc so you know what you’re getting yourself into. 5 stars, because this is what customer service should be like

Always a great experience. Dr. Vanhorn is incredibly kind and caring, and she really takes her time which is nice. Getting glasses there is also a breeze, and the entire team is quite friendly and helpful!

Dr Ward is fantastic. Treated me with respect and took the time to carefully review my tests and answer any questions I had. I can't recommend him highly enough. Every other eye exam I've had was by someone going through the motions. I felt Dr Ward really cared about my health.

A contact tore in my eye our first day in Philly--and a piece was stuck in the corner of my eye. I so appreciated the staff getting me in the same day and the eye doctor was super nice, efficient, and quickly got me on my way with a replacement lens for a backup. Thank you so much! We went on to enjoy our weekend in Philly without eye woes.

I love this office. I started going here about 5 years ago because my friend said they recycled contacts. I found the most wonderful and friendly staff. They're so personal and are willing to take the time to get what you need. I highly recommend!
