Marjan/Marshaw was great and very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the second receptionist was completely different. She was extremely rude and seemed to have an attitude from the beginning. I explained that I had already been speaking with Marjan/Marshaw but had gotten disconnected. Instead of transferring me back to the receptionist who was already familiar with my situation, she started discussing an appointment that had already been changed. When I politely asked to be transferred back to the person I had originally been speaking with, she questioned why she couldn’t help me and what the issue was. Her tone came across as confrontational and aggressive over the phone, especially when I was simply making a reasonable request. Especially as a potential new patient, I don’t believe this is the kind of treatment anyone deserves. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this interaction made me question whether I would feel comfortable being a patient there. Marjan/Marshaw was wonderful, but unfortunately, the interaction with the second receptionist left a very negative impression.

Dr. Remil Simon is amazing. He's humble, listens well, and was not dismissive of my sympoms. I'd give him 6 stars if possible. The clinic itself is clean and organized. Schedulling is simple, it's available online. The doctor's assistant would benefit from further training.
I have seen dr dar today. This is my first visit with him. He took almost half hour to explain me about my eye condition. He used visuals. He emphasized the importance of using artificial tears atleast 3/4 times in a daily basis and how it can impact my eye health. He is very thorough and takes personal pride to connect with a patient. This is a very rare qualities among health care provider inspite of his bust svhedule he took the time to connect, The front office is great. Friendly an D prompt.
It was my first time in doing an eye exam as well as for my daughter, front desk staff could be a little bit better coordinated and more friendly. She was very dismissive and didn’t even know I had two appointments scheduled, (for my daughter and myself) when we were taken to the room I mentioned to the gentle man he should do a two for one as we both were there. He certainly did and the eye exam was super easy, he was so polite and patient with my daughter as she didn’t know what to expect. The provider was also very sweet and kind, she was super quick and the appointment was super easy. Now let’s talk about the optical dept, Stephanie was so sweet, attentive and kind, she explained everything well on the frames, the sizing and what insurance would cover that way we didn’t have to pay out of pocket, or we could go a different route, what we would need to ask for if we needed replacements. She was also very accommodating with my work schedule to do a pick up for the glasses.
This is the worst place to get an eye exam or order glasses. I used my insurance and still paid an additional $160 out of pocket for my glasses, and the results have been unacceptable. The doctor prescribed progressive lenses. When I picked up my glasses for the first time, they did not fit properly, and I could barely see. The staff told me they would fix the issue. I returned a second time, but the glasses were still not correct. My vision remained blurry in all areas, and the lenses also had scratches. I do not recommend this place. Save your time and money and look for another provider. Despite receiving defective glasses and poor service, they have refused to issue a refund. Instead of resolving the problem, they have chosen to keep my money. I am considering taking legal action to recover my losses and hold them accountable for the poor service they provided.
