Dr. Reisner is so professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice, kind and a great listener. He has a fantastic sense of humor and is All around a great physician and a lovely man and gentleman! I’ll never switch doctors! His Fairfax office staff are so sweet and helpful as well!

Dr. Tessie is excellent. She has great customer service, great personality, listens to her clients and is open and caring. Even when she has a heavy load she doesn’t rush. The young man who did all the pre-check who I never saw before and has been there for five years did a great job and has good customer service. Thank you. Dr. D. (Dr. Hamilton).

The procedure went perfectly, and the entire team was well-prepared, professional, and caring. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the cost was not explained clearly. Initially, I was told the total would be $1,500, then it was changed to $1,200, but the final amount I was charged was $1,500. I specifically confirmed with the front desk at the Sterling office when I paid in advance that this amount covered everything. However, I was surprised to learn that the facility fee of $450 was an additional charge on top of the $1,500. Overall, the procedure itself was smooth, and I am very satisfied with the medical team. My only suggestion is to explain all fees in greater detail upfront so patients are not surprised by additional charges.

Really nice people working here. They were able to fit me in for a last minute appointment for an urgent concern, and the visit was very thorough. The doctor explained everything well and I could tell she really cared about her work.

My Visit to The Eye Center, Fairfax, Virginia As I entered the office I was greeted by the receptionist with a warm welcome smile. The registration process was quick and pleasant. The waiting area was very comfortable. The assistant who did the preparatory tests for the doctor's examinations was pleasant, efficient, polite, and professional. She carefully explained what each piece of equipment was going to measure. The process from receptionist to the prepup took about 40 minutes for me. Although there were several other patients the process was a smooth transition. The wait for the doctor was reasonable about 20 minutes. She entered the room with a fresh warm smile and a radiance as if I was her first patient for the day. She was thorough. She asked what my concerns were. Took a little medical history from me regarding my eye concerns and proceed with her examinations. She was thorough. She asked pertinent questions and assessed the current situation with my eyes. I was very impressed that after her thorough examination of my eyes, she took the time to compliment the performance of my previous eye doctor. (She had no idea how much I loved my former ophthalmologist). That act confirmed for me that Dr. Tailor would be my ophthalmologist henceforth. My total time for the entire Doctor's visit was less than 90 minutes. The Eye Center in Fairfax with Dr. Tailor will be my home for Eye Care.
