I'd love to be able to share a great experience for my kids at Dumas vision source !! Can't, because they don't accept Medicaid. Can't make money from it? Folks who can't afford proper insurance are having to pay for gas to go to Amarillo and hopefully they schedule it correct or your going to make a long expensive drive for nothing. The poor get poorer.
I always get a thorough eye exam. Dr Moore & all the associates are very professional & friendly! I highly recommend Dumas Vision Source!
I don't recommend. They rush through your doctor's visit. There's never clear answers when you ask a technician anything it's just "um, yeah, I think." Or they give you the answer, "Oh, that's normal," when simply educating yourself online, you can see that hey things are not normal.
Everyone from the staff at the front to the doctor were very nice and patient with my parents.
The upkeep is very nice at this facility. Staff are very friendly. Clean area.
