Duval Eye Associates

My whole family uses this practice, but it was my son’s (6y) first time last week. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and engaging. He went from being terrified of the idea of having to have anyone near his eyes, to being excited to receive a new pair of glasses. The only one star he would give would be that he couldn’t get them day of! 😂 we are very pleased with our DEA location, and will continue to return.

I’ve been going to Duval Eye Associates since I was in middle school, and I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly, patient, and professional, and they make every visit a great experience. One of my favorite things is how easy they make it to find the perfect pair of glasses. All I have to do is tell them what color I’m looking for, and they always help me pick out the cutest frames that fit my style. Their customer service is amazing, and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Duval Eye Associates to anyone looking for quality eye care and a team that makes you feel welcome!

I really enjoyed my first visit. The location was easy to find and access. There was adequate parking and the facility was clean. The staff was friendly, professional, and engaged. I didn’t have to wait long and the waiting room was not crowded nor over booked. Dr. Grace was very kind and showed compassion. She provided details with options and set expectations that were met. I will definitely continue to visit Duval Eye Assoc for my vision needs.

Dr. Lennon is an amazing eye doctor. He is very professional, kind, patient, and truly cares about his patients. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The assistants are also incredibly empathetic, helpful, and kind.
