I love Dyersburg Family Eye Care. Dr. Jake Lewis is AWESOME. He goes above and beyond to help you. I've been to several eye Dr's over the years, and I found the Best this area has. The techs are caring and wonderful. Other Staff have always been pleasant and helpful.

Drs Schroeder and Lewis are consummate professionals! Their office is impeccably clean. Their staff members are efficient and highly skilled. I had contact with Jennifer whose workup was thorough and expedient. Dr. Schroeder was informative, courteous, and proficient. He puts the patient at ease while performing his exam and refraction, without any sense of urgency. In addition, from prior experience, I also know how accurate his refractions are. I would recommend these doctors to anyone in need of eye care.

The nurses were courteous & efficient. The doctor was timely, courteous, not rushed & explained what the tests revealed in layman’s terms. I’d definitely recommend their services.

I normally don’t do reviews. But honestly felt I should just say something. This eye doctor didn’t even try to put near vision in my glasses. He left it at 0.. I went to a new eye doctor and they seemed shocked on that. Lazy left eye was so over powering due to this . Though thank God they gave me a refund for a new eye doctor , it just sucks because the people were pretty sweet here. I will say the lady in the back who does the glasses could definitely be a little bit more friendly but the other ladies are and the eye doctor is to. But still can’t believe he put nothing in my far vision and expected me to be able to see with a already lazy eye
