I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid and have never had a bad experience! I now Bring my kids in and they are just the best! They take the time and care necessary to make sure that before you leave, your new glasses and any eyewear fit you comfortably. And anytime that I’ve had a change in comfort, they’ve always been accommodating! Highly recommended.!
What a great experience. It is so refreshing to see what true customer service is really all about. Not only that, you can tell it genuinely comes from the heart. From the friendly “Hello” when you step in the door to the warm “Thank you for choosing us” when you step out the door. Heather Peterson OD was excellent in her work and personality. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
I've been wearing glasses my entire life. Dr. Burgess is very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way no one had ever before. I've found my new office.
I would give 20 stars if possible. Amazing and friendly staff. Dr. Heather was the best and so helpful. I would travel hours to be seen here.
My experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff was inviting and helpful. Dr. Burgess was so friendly and warm. Jason helped me pick out frames because I could not see to do it myself. The staff really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was very satisfied with my care and will continue to go to this location for my eye care needs
