I'm not that happy. The people working there are nice but I had the second appointment for them to put the new updated lenses into my existing glasses. The woman there did that and brought them out to me. There was a bunch of people milling about. I couldn't get someone to give me something to read so I could see if my new glasses prescription was correct. (The distance part was fine but I wasn't sure about the bi-focals part for reading.) I asked "Can you give me something to read?" But I had to find something to read myself. I paid the balance. But they used to have the actual doctor see you again to see if the prescription is correct. That didn't happen. I didn't feel like they cared. I think next time I have to find another place less hectic. And take people by their appointment time. And have the actual doctor re-check that your new lenses/ glasses are correct ( or not.) Again, everyone is nice but they need to keep some kind of order. For the money that people pay, I feel they deserve the attention. Your eyes and vision are so important.
