East Alabama Eye Clinic

I’m a type II diabetic. I had a 1:00pm appointment, but didn’t get up till 12:00. Didn’t have time to eat anything because I had to shower and shave. So by the time I arrived for my appointment, I was having diabetic issues, feeling like I was going to faint. I mentioned this to one of the tech’s, who said she had a banana, and offered it to me, cause she didn’t want me passing out. Otherwise my visit and treatment was excellent. Was glad to learn that they don’t have to dilate your eyes now. Overall experience was wonderful. The only real complaint I had was that the tech didn’t have any peanut butter to put on my banana.

I am always greeted with a smile at the front desk. Never have to wait long to be called back. The technicians are always pleasant and by the way they are always moving and doing their job well. Dr Keys is always on time, efficient, and informative as to what's going on... They all get "5 Stars"....

Everyone is very courteous and polite. They are efficient in the care of their patients. Dr. Keys is very knowledgeable in his profession. He treats his patients with kindness and respect. I love going to Dr. Kets he tells you exactly what he thinks and goes out of his way to recommend the best in areas he does not handle. I would highly recommend Dr. Keys and his staff to others.

Excellent staff. Very Helpful and very nice staff. Dr. Marsh was very helpful and Great at Her Job. Holly was also wonderful, Friendly and very helpful and Great at her job. They both are very nice.

Tammy Williamson is an asset to this clinic! She always helps get me in to see Dr. Keyes! Dr. Keyes is an amazing Dr! He always helps my eyes feel much better especially When I have sty’s.
