I love the eye care I'm receiving here. From the ease of making appointments to the intake procedures and finally the thouroughness of the Dr's exam. I've always been pleased and if require the follow up are a breeze to schedule as well. Having the office to purchase glasses or I'm sure contacts right outside the exam rooms is very efficient and that staff is also very professional.

I highly recommend Eastlake Eye Care! The doctor is incredibly friendly and personable, and you can truly tell he has a passion for what he does. I always feel like my concerns are heard and thoroughly addressed during my appointments. The staff is consistently welcoming and accommodating, and the attention to detail is outstanding. I’ve moved farther away over the years, but I refuse to switch providers for my annual exams—that’s how much I value the care I receive here. Truly a top-notch experience every time!

I just walked in for an appointment and no one even looked up to greet me or check me in. Finally I sat down and another couple came in and they were taken care of. So I went up to the desk and stood there while she worked on paperwork. Never even made eye contact or made any indication she knew i was there. Finally I said, "Can I give you my name to get checked in" and she said something like - I don't know, I don't know what you're here for. I told her I had an appointment. She looked and says it was canceled. I told her I hadn't canceled as I made the appointment just a week ago. She didn't apologize or anything and was incredibly rude. Made for a terrible experience.

Dr Stacy is always very nice. The whole staff is very kind. And the girl that helped me pick out my glasses which so patient and nice to me and made great suggestions. I highly recommend going there not just for the doctor, but also to purchase glasses.

It was my first appointment and everyone was very professional. Dr. Wenger was very nice and he took his time during my examination. I was recommended by my husband.
