Pathetic customer service experience. As a customer, I had to constantly follow up, and even then, they missed their own deadlines—only to shift the blame onto the insurance company. There was absolutely no effort to see things from the customer’s point of view. They don’t seem to understand that being without glasses is a serious issue—it’s not just an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they kept trying to upsell unnecessary products, and I was even charged extra as a co-pay without proper explanation. Totally unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or basic respect as a customer.

Fantastic experience! This eye doctors office was so great for my needs, and I would highly recommend. I was back and forth there several times for an eye exam and follow ups. They did not accept my insurance, but the price was fair and the staff were really supportive and positive. Every time I was there I had a really positive and professional experience, and they were great with also reminder call and flexibility / open availability. Will definitely go back!

I got my frames and contacts, first time wearing contacts: doctor and team guided me through the process with great expertise and patience, third time was the charm for me due to astigmatism in my lenses. A very family oriented vibe, highly recommend.

Very nice staff, always hooks you up. I’ve been going here for many years and never had a problem. I got a new pair of glasses and got into a car accident the next day and lost them and it was no hassle getting another pair. I also ran out of contacts once not knowing I didn’t have a back up and they gave me a pair to hold me off until my exam and until the new set came in. Very understanding people.

I came to get my glasses here and the staff was really nice. I didn't have insurance and they charged me a very fair price for the exam as well as the glasses. I got my glasses in a week and I would definitely go back.
