The eye exam was good, the eyeglass shop not so much. I was charged $49 for PD measurements just because I chose to get a more affordable price online. I just wanted the prescription not extortion for a 1 minute procedure. YES IT TOOK 1 MINUTE!!! THAT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!
I’ve been to many eye doctors and clinics, but this one is hands down the best eye Doctor! The doctor and staff were amazing. The front desk team was so polite and made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Marissa helped me next door with my glasses and contacts, and there was no pressure to buy anything I did not need. I even saw other customers getting the same great care, which says a lot. I’ve since been back for contacts and other eye care needs, and every visit has been just as excellent. The team here is professional, kind, and truly delivers a “wow” experience every time. If you’re looking for the best optometrist or eye doctor around, I highly recommend this location! Huge thanks to everyone — you’re all amazing! Absolutely the Best Experience I have ever had with an eye center. My child was 2 and a half when he first had to get glasses and we have fought so so hard to find glasses that won't mess up or break just because he gets upset from time to time since then. We have found the perfect pair for him and the Absolutely Best Eye Center around. At our last eye center it took up to 24 days to get his glasses back, but not no more. Since changing to Edisto Vision Center our experience has been the best you can receive and his glasses were back in 10 days. Never have I ever gotten his glasses back before 20 days with the last place we went to for 6 years. Definitely recommend you go here if you want kind sweet people, who will assist you with all you eye needs and get your glasses ordered right away and have them back in a flash with fast call time as soon as they arrive no better place than here I promise and they accept Medicaid 😀 😊 😄 😉 ☺️
Today I had the opportunity to visit Edisto Vision Center after being referred by a friend for my annual eye exam. Upon entering I was politely greeted and immediately offered assistance by Natasha. Dr. Thomas was friendly, professional, and provided excellent feedback while doing the exam that allowed me to better understand my individual needs. Once the eye exam was complete, I asked for Natasha to assist me with finding the perfect frames as our initial interaction led to my comfortability with her. She assisted me with finding a budget friendly option that best suited my needs. Thank you, Natasha for all your help. I can't wait to receive my glasses.
My kids and I love it here. The staff is so wonder. Get you in and out. Being my first time my visit was great with Trina and the Dr. Trina was very pleasant. I also needed assistance with my son glasses and even though it was my visit she assisted me with that issue and everything squared away. She kept checking in and made sure my visit was good from the beginning to the end.
