My visit at Chen Family Eyecare was by far the best experience I've had with an eye doctor. Dr. Chen explained each part of the eye exam, and he was attentive and funny. Aixa spent so much time with me while I tried on different glasses and helped me narrow down and feel confident about my choice. She has a special gift for choosing the right pair of frames for you. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here and recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly eye doctor's office and a variety of unique frames!

I have worn glasses for most of my life and have never met any other optician like Aixa. First of all, she actually helps you pick frames, which in itself is unique. For all other stores I have been to, the optician doesn't get involved until you have picked frames. She has a good eye for what frames stylistically looks good on your face, yet also knows what frames are going to physically fit. If Aixa helps you pick frames, you won't have fit problems like glasses that slip off your face. Additionally she is the best I know at adjusting and knows more about lenses than anyone else I have met. We had the option to buy frames from her and get lenses elsewhere. Yet I wanted to order the lenses from her as well because I knew she would recommend the best coatings for my situation. The price they charge really is worth it for their high level of individualized service, expertise, and getting a good quality product for something that you will be wearing every day for at least the next 2 years. Where else can you get this level of service and expertise? So far I have not found a comparable store.

Wonderful eye-care, we found our constant go to for anything eye-care related. Mr. and Mrs. Chen were so pleasant and friendly, comforting for my daughter, friendly and family like treatment and environment. Fully recommend! We will be back whenever we are in need. Thank you Check Eye-Care

Clearly, Chen EyeCare is the best in the business. They do everything with a warmth and personableness that makes you feel like family. Mrs. Chen consistently helps me choose the right eyewear for my difficult-to-fit face. I never have any problems with my glasses: chipping, peeling, scratches, glares, or screws falling out. They even helped me maximize my insurance and FSA benefits. I will never go anywhere else but here, even if it means traveling multiple states!

My wife had gotten her glasses here so when I asked her where I should go she the Chen’s is fantastic. She was right. Being new to the region this was my first time here. I’ve gotten glasses at premium places as well as pharmacies and big chains. Without a doubt this is the best. From DrChen and his carefully detailed examination process to Mrs Chen and her knowledge and patience for my quirky needs, the best experience I have had. I received high quality glasses, that fit my head well and the prescription was right on. I will be returning for sure. The only downside is they provided such outstanding service I will expect it every time. 😃
